Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods At Prime Paddling the 3 following payment methods are available to pay for goods/services: Credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)* Paypal Square Card Readers Bank Transfers *All online card payments are processed through Square Payments, Monzo Banking or the Wix Payment System. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Single Bookings Cancellation 12 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You will be reimbursed for the full course price minus British Canoeing Registration and Processing fees that have already been paid and a discretionary admin fee of 15%. Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the agreed activity start date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement or a 100% value Prime Paddling voucher (valid for that season). Adjustments can be made at the discretion of a Prime Paddling Director. Cancellation 48 hours or later (last minute) No reimbursements will be issued. Cancellation of Group Bookings If the group cancel a large group booking no refund will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 3 weeks before the course start date. Special cancellations Prime paddling appreciates that some circumstances might be beyond people’s control and make the activity impossible or dangerous such as poor weather conditions or national restrictions. In case of bad weather conditions or other last-minute factors, Prime Paddling can also propose to reschedule the activity. If you cannot attend the new proposed date, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement. COVID Guarantee In the event of a cancellation due to COVID-19 for one of the following reasons: Yourself or anyone in your party has tested positive for Covid-19 Displaying symptoms of Covid-19 Have been asked to isolate due to Covid-19 within 10 days of your arrival date Centre closure UK Government restrictions on travel We promise to reschedule your booking at no extra cost. If we are unable to reschedule your booking, we will issue a gift voucher of the same value or a partial refund. Proof will be required at the point of cancellation to reschedule or issue a refund, otherwise no refund will be issued. Can I modify the dates of my booking? You may request a change in the scheduled dates for an activity by emailing info@primepaddling.co.uk If the modification request is accepted by Prime Paddling, a new booking summary will be issued and sent to you. Prime Paddling is not obliged to accept changes in date, timings or locations. If the modification request is refused, your request will be treated as a cancellation as per the above policy.
