I hereby consent to the photographers, of GoSport Activity Centre, using images of myself/the child in the contents of or the front/rear cover of the book "A Guide to Coaching Paddlesport" and on any aspect of the GoSport website and advertising devices, that are in conjunction with GoSport. I understand that these are available on an international level. The person featuring in the photo will not be referred to by name (this will be a stand alone picture). I also consent to the photos being used for other marketing and publicity-related purposes in relation to the publication of the book, on an international level. I understand that they may be published on Facebook, Instagram, sellers websites (including Amazon) and within the contents of the book or on the front/rear cover. Images that are posted on the internet in conjunction with the GoSport Activity Centre. I understand that images will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and that I can ask GoSport to cease the use of images at any time, in which case they will not be used in future publications but they may continue to appear in printed publications already in circulation and they will be removed from online content that we have access too.

 

For valuable consideration received, I grant GoSport and the legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I hereby release the GoSport and the representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Thus, forfeiting any right to gain finance claim over the photographs.
